From April 6 2009 a property cannot be marketed without a HIP in place and available.Measure will commit to having this document available to you the same day your Energy Performance Certificate is available*. As part of these changes a new document has been added to the pack to help buyers even furtehr, The document is the "PIQ" (property information questionnaire). The document contains everyday information about the property to be marketed.
